Standard panels are bolted together on site; no crane or welding is needed — assembly is completed right where the tank will live.
Sheets are graded to the hydrostatic pressure profile: thicker in the lower tiers, lighter above, stepping between 1.5 and 5 mm.

Glass-fibre composite (GRP) panels hot-press moulded with polyester resin under high pressure (SMC). Fully resistant to corrosion and chemicals, approved for drinking water, and UV-opaque so algae and bacteria cannot grow; lightweight, thermally insulating panels need no paint or maintenance.

Thermoplastic Coating
Our steel panels are finished with PulRon 101ES thermoplastic coating for long-lasting protection against corrosion and outdoor conditions. Blue and green tones are approved for drinking water.
101ES thermoplastic coatingDrinking-water approval covers only the blue (RAL 5005) and green (RAL 6026) tones; red (RAL 3020) is for fire lines.

UCS Modular Water Tanks is a company of Uygun Konteyner, trusted in Turkish industrial manufacturing for more than 30 years.
