Frequently Asked Questions
Everything customers ask about choosing, installing and owning a modular water tank. Can't find your answer? Contact us — we reply the same day.
How long does installation take?
Panels are prepared at the factory in assembly order, so most projects are completed in 1–3 days depending on volume and site conditions. The bolted system needs no welding or crane.
How should the foundation be prepared?
The tank sits on a level reinforced-concrete platform or a steel skid base that distributes the load evenly. We assess the floor during the survey and send you the base detail from the static calculation.
Which material should I choose: galvanized, stainless or GRP?
Pre-galvanized for indoor, process and fire water; hot-dip galvanized for outdoor and high-corrosion sites; AISI 304/316 stainless or GRP for drinking water and food-grade hygiene. Our engineers will recommend the right material for your water chemistry, location and budget.
How is tank capacity determined?
From daily consumption, the reserve period you want to hold, and any fire scenario. Panels are 108×108 cm full and 108×54 cm half modules, so any volume from 1 to 1,000 m³ is built to the same standard.
Which tank suits drinking water?
Drinking water needs a food-grade interior: AISI 304/316 stainless steel, GRP, or thermoplastic-coated panels approved for potable water (blue RAL 5005 / green RAL 6026). These preserve the water's taste and odour.
How is a fire reserve tank sized?
By pump flow rate, sprinkler/hydrant demand and the required reserve duration. Fire tanks use the red coating convention (RAL 3020) and are sized to match the line capacity.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Pre-galvanized and stainless tanks carry a 2-year warranty; hot-dip galvanized, thermoplastic-coated and GRP tanks 5 years. Every tank is covered for leak-tightness and workmanship, detailed in writing at the proposal stage.
Do modular tanks need maintenance?
Very little. Galvanized, stainless and GRP panels need no painting. Periodic cleaning and gasket checks are all that's required; an optional inspection service is available.
Do you ship and install abroad?
Yes. All 81 provinces of Türkiye are served by our own crews, and export orders ship compactly in containers with numbered panels, gaskets and fittings. Our supervisors can travel for assembly or train your local team.
Can an existing tank be enlarged?
Yes — that is the point of the modular system. Panels can be added to grow the capacity, and the tank can even be dismantled and rebuilt at another site.
Can a damaged panel be repaired or replaced?
A single damaged panel can be unbolted and replaced without touching the rest of the tank. Repairs, gasket renewal and capacity changes are all possible on existing tanks.
How does ordering and payment work?
Once you approve the quote, the contract and payment plan are finalised, production starts, and you can track your order from manufacturing to delivery. Terms are set according to project size; export orders are typically against letter of credit or proforma invoice.
